200 years after William Carey set out for India in 1792 the Baptist Missionary Society he founded continues to support Christians as they continue to spread the good news across the world.

The BMS has partnerships with over 30 countries on four continents, Asia, Africa, Europe and Central and South America. The work is diverse and varied with BMS missionary personnel involved in evangelism, church planting, theological education, Sunday school work as well as medical, educational, literature, development and agriculture. BMS has over 200 workers serving overseas.
