Unfortunately we cannot at present provide alternatives for MP3 audio files.

Text Size
All text uses relative sizes and can be made larger (or smaller) using your bowser controls. The site uses
a fluid design (instead of fixed width), which also helps greatly with accommodating larger text sizes.
Navigation
The site can be navigated using keyboard controls and using a text browser. JavaScript is not required.
Each page has Skip to Content, Help, and Site Map links near the start
(visible to text browsers or when tabbing).
